Sabrecorp provides specialist corporate finance advice, project management and consultancy services to a range of institutional and corporate clients.
Our principal focus is on the financial services sector, however, we also offer advice to corporate clients more generally in relation to business development and restructuring, capital raising, and business acquisition and disposal. Sabrecorp is independent of the conflicts of interest that restrict other advisers within the sector. We seek to provide clients with an unbiased and realistic approach to the key issues and, most particularly, an effective and time-efficient service. We have since the late 1980s been instrumental in building and developing a large number of new ventures in financial services on behalf of clients within the UK, continental Europe, Scandinavia, Asia, Latin America and North America. These have included hedge funds, conventional fund management companies, securities trading and brokerage firms, insurance companies and a niche investment bank. Investment Advisory

He has been involved with the financial services industry since 1978, and with the alternative investment sector since 1985. Ric was previously a Manager with Orion Bank Limited (1978-80), Trreasurer of Andrea Merzario SpA (1980-83), Group Treasurer of Heron Corporation plc (1984), and joint Managing Director and co-founder of Pine Street Investment Limited (1985-89). Ric has advised a range of institutions globally at both senior and mid-management levels. In addition to his role at Sabrecorp, Ric is Senior Advisor to the Signet group of companies and a non-executive director of Signet Global Investors Limited. Academically, he holds a PhD in History from the University of Exeter and an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge. His professional qualifications include Fellowship of the Chartered Securities & Investment Institute and of the Association of Corporate Treasurers. Regulatory Information
